Licence

Wu Ji Bi Fan 物極必反 is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Those are the terms that govern your use of the app.

Some of the app’s content comes from openly licensed sources, such as the CC-CEDICT dictionary data, which remains under its own licence (CC BY-SA 4.0). Each source and its licence is listed in the app under 我 Profile › Sources & licences.

Subscription terms, in summary

White and yellow belts, every discipline at those belts, the dictionary and your reviews are free. Wu Ji Bi Fan Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, US$4.99 a month or US$39.99 a year (the yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers), or the equivalent the App Store shows in your country. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings: Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. See how to cancel.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes follow Apple’s rules, including notice before a price increase applies to you.
